We absolutely loved our stay at Terrace on the Cloud and its witty and welcoming owner, Howard! From the very start, Howard took the initiative to contact us before our arrival, providing all the necessary details to ensure a smooth check-in. We drove 2.5 hours from Nami Island, and when we arrived, the scenery was breathtaking it was snowing, and the property was spacious and beautiful. We booked two houses for our group of nine, and there was more than enough space for everyone to be comfortable. The location is easy to find and conveniently close to Yongpyeong Ski Resort, which once hosted the Winter Olympics. A supermarket, bus station, and 7-Eleven are all within a 5-minute drive, making it easy to get essentials. Inside, the homes were kept warm throughout our winter stay, and the children absolutely loved waking up to fresh snow outside. The amenities were complete, so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend Terrace on the Cloud. If we ever return, we would definitely stay here again! Thank you, Howard, for the amazing hospitality!

This is the perfect location for doing a hike on 오대산 mountain. The bus goes from this place to the temple where the hike begins from. There is also a bus to Jinbu the closet town with a supermarket but buses do not run at night. It was clean and had a common kitchen for cooking. Although there are no chairs and table in the room they had a front veranda area where you can sit with power as well.

It was extremely clean! The owners are a family and very accommodating. the location was fantastic. The toiletries were brand name, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wash, hand soap, face products and others. The kitchen was fully stocked. Anything extra that we needed, the owners supplied. The property offered lots of beach equipment to rent for a cheap price. They also had various grills, which the owners set up and cleaned up. Great for families, couples, solo and group travelers.
