It is close to major attractions such as the Osaka Aquarium, the Ferris wheel, USJ area, and nearby shopping and dining options. There are also small eateries and supermarkets within walking distance. Osaka-ko Station is very nearby, making transport easy. Parking is available. While the garage may not be suitable for larger vehicles (such as 7-seaters or large MPVs), there are many paid parking options outside nearby. Overnight parking outside is reasonably priced and easy to find using Google Maps. The house is a three-storey property, so guests with large or heavy luggage should take their time when carrying bags upstairs. For drivers with bigger cars, the on-site garage may not be practical, and parking outside is required (paid separately). The neighbourhood is residential and not a touristy area. This is not a negative point, but guests should be mindful to respect local customs and be considerate of neighbours, as residents value quietness and rules. Overall, the house feels spacious, clean, and well maintained, and the facilities inside are of a very high standard.
