Excellent apartment, large, comfortable, well-equipped and-crucially-with excellent short instructions in English for the different appliances. The three-level bunk-bed is fun and very solid. The air conditioning works really well. The tatami room adds authenticity. Although the staff was very discrete, we were more than pleased with them: they always answered very promptly to messages and facilitated us receiving our suitcases which we had sent with the luggage service seamlessly. We very much enjoyed and highly recommend this apartment

Popotel 2 KURA ตั้งอยู่ในมัตสึโมโตะ ห่างจากพิพิธภัณฑ์ภาพอุกิโยะ 3.1 กม. ห่างจาก Canora Hall 29 กม. และห่างจากปราสาทมัตสึโมโต้ 1.1 กม. ที่พักนี้อยู่ห่างจากสถานีมัตสึโมโตะ 500 ม. The place was easy to find. The location was excellent. The amenities were well thought out. Everything was labelled well. It felt like home. The beds were firm but comfortable. We all slept well. The host was very responsive and to top it all off he allowed baggage storage.

We had a great few days staying in the chalet. It was quiet, clean, and conveniently located to access various hikes/trailheads, restaurants, supermarkets and other sites. The two bathrooms (one on each floor) were handy and we loved having the washer/dryer. The kitchen had everything you need for cooking, including oil, salt and pepper. The fridge/freezer was large. We liked the keyless entry system. Finally, staff were very responsive and helped us ship our luggage with Yamato to our next destination.

We have a variety of beautiful and well appointed chalets, located in prime areas centered around the Happo ski resort in Hakuba. We loved our stay at MORINO Chalets, everyone was so helpful. The suggestions and advice, drop offs and pick ups by MORINO were fantastic. House was warm, excellent amenities and perfect for a restful and fun filled Japanese ski holiday. Hakuba is magical.
