This house felt like a home during my stay. Able to get to town and the beaches easily. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were nice. Great for a group of 4 but PERFECT for just 2. Cute interior, loved the stone flooring in the shower. And the AC was amazing after a long day in town. Dee our host was amazing. My first trip to Mobay and when I come back, I hope this home away from home is available. Felt secure and very comfortable here. For a first this home has set the bar high. AMAZING views of the sunrise and set.

Situated in Montego Bay, MoBay Las Palmas offers accommodation with a year-round outdoor pool, a fitness centre and a garden. Many things to say about this place - 1. The location - Near to airport and walkable distance to Doctor's Cove Beach, Harmony Beach Park & Old Hospital Park. Our favorite Bollywood Dhaba Indian restaurant also just nearby. 2. The house - It has everything, even beach toys and a bag to carry them around!! All bedrooms have attached bathrooms; the washer/dryer came much handy for us!! There are some kid friendly games as well. 3. The amenities - Needless to say that the pool was good, but the best part for my kids was the park just near the house which doesn't feature even in the pictures. It is a decent sized open space with few swings and a climbing structure as well. My son enjoyed playing soccer also here. 4. The community - As the listing says "Mobas Las Palmas", we kept saying the same to immigration and taxi drivers at airport but they did not seem to understand that this was located at "Chatham Palms" which is the name of the community and a more familiar name to everyone around. Whoever reading this review - I suggest referring this place as "Chatham Palms" :) My kids made a few friends here who are Jamaicans; easily a family friendly community. We enjoyed walking around as well. The security is so helpful and friendly too. So glad to have booked this place! If we ever come back, we will definitely book this again.
