Immaculately clean and newly renovated, it was a seamless transition into a comfortable home for a whole week's stay. The lift made light work of our luggage, and having secure parking right below us in the private courtyard was a major plus. What truly set this AirBnb experience apart was Roberto's exceptional hospitality. He went above and beyond to assist us with the rental car that was giving us trouble. He not only helped us contact Hertz which kept ringing through, but also offered to personally drive us to the train station in Bra at 6.40am to catch the 7.30am train to Turin so we could pick up a replacement car. His sincere concern and dedication to help us resolve our car issue; his excellent dining & artisan gastronomic shop recommendations in nearby towns like Verduno, Serralunga and Alba; and pointing us to La Morra's bakery off the main road made us look forward to each new day. It was truly remarkable how he was dedicated in ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. Communication was a breeze with Roberto; he was always prompt and helpful in responding to our questions via WhatsApp. We wholeheartedly recommend this Airbnb for its cleanliness, location, amenities, and especially for Roberto's outstanding service and exceptional hospitality.

The hotel is freshly refurbished and very nicely designed. Our room was spacious and with a lot of natural light, bathroom was very well equipped and beds were very comfortable. The place is surrounded by wineyards with a lovely garden area around the hotel. The staff was of high quality - friendly, helpful and kind all the time. We came with a 1 year old and they accommodate everything for our comfort. We booked a wine tasting which was an absolutely exquisite experience. They serve very tasty organic wines with local products aside, but more importantly with a nice conversation and explanation accompanined. Amazing breakfast with very nice options for little kids too! The spa is small but absolutely sufficient with a nice views over wineyards. We look forward to come back! 🥰
