He promptly replied when we had some questions. The accommodation is in the best area if you love hiking. It took 40 minutes for a slow walker like me 😀 to reach Somoska castle. And it takes only 7 minute drive to SPAR the closest supermarket. We will definitely come back here again.

The property is situated in a leafy and peaceful part of the adorable Bánk village. The wood-fire hot tub was toasty even on the coldest evenings and the property had many good features such as a huge outdoor eating and cooking area, two bathrooms and two toilets, a well equipped kitchen and free parking. In all bedrooms and living areas there are reverse cycle air conditioning units.The house is a short and pleasant walk from the main village centre where you will find a small grocery store and plenty of restaurants (we noticed that there were even restaurants open on the New Year's Day public holiday). Also in the village centre is the lake and this is a very nice place for a walk in winter (I'm sure an even nicer place for a day of swimming and chilling in summer). We loved the extra care and attention to detail at the property such as wine and chocolates on the table when we arrived and a cupboard stocked with boardgames in the living room. When we arrived to the property we noticed that the water in the hottub looked a little low (below where the outlet for the wood heater is). We contacted Viktoria and she sprung into immediate action. She immediately got in her car and drove and filled the extra amount needed into the hottub (the caretaker hadn't got the level right and Viktoria was very apologetic). It was the swiftness and helpfulness of the owners' response that stood out to us in this moment. They are so focused on the guest enjoying their stay. It is impressive. We all loved our stay and would recommend it highly.
