Die Aminess Younique Gaia Green Villas in Njivice sind von Bäumen umgeben und erwarten Sie mit modern eingerichteten Wohneinheiten sowie Fitness- und Wassersportmöglichkeiten. The accommodation was really great - villas are well equipped and super clean, located underneath the treas in a quiet area (slept really well). The kitchenette was equipped with all that we needed (although we mostly ate outside, there were plenty of places to choose from). Super nice employees (both the receptionists and the cleaning staff, they really made us feel at home). The reception staff showed a lot of consideration for special needs of my elderly parents - much appreciated! For people travelling with their dogs: whole of Njivice (basically all the restaurants and coffee shops we visited) are super ok with the dogs accompanying their humans to the establishments. There are a couple of beaches where dogs can go as well, so all of our "family members" were happy with the stay. For sure will visit again!

The chalet itself is charming and well maintained. The location is serene and beautiful, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle of everyday life. We loved the tranquility and the opportunity to reconnect with nature. Overall, we highly recommend this place and host to anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming getaway in a beautiful natural setting.

Perfect location with all of the amenities you need. Staff is amazing. The holiday home was well equipped with nice new pots, pans, plates and cutlery. The food and drink prices are very reasonable, not excessive. You also get 10% off food at the Pizza place and Marina restaurant close by. Only a 5 minute walk. Great place for couples and family. Highly recommend the private holiday home for families.

I honestly can't think of a better place to stay. I rate it 10/10. It's a family run business and the owners are super helpful. They will go beyond and above to make sure you are happy and comfortable. The rooms are big, comfy and clean with breathtaking views looking over Volosko (see pictures attached). Tasty breakfast with fresh pastries and bread rolls every day. The place is a walking distance to the nicest beaches and local shops, bars and restaurants. I will definitely come back and stay at the same place.

Wir haben sehr kurzfristig gebucht und hatten ein paar unvergessliche Tage in diesem traumhaften Ferienhaus! Die Gastgeberin (obwohl wir sie leider nicht persönlich kennenlernen konnten) war einfach super - freundlich, aufmerksam und hat sich um alle Fragen und Anliegen, die wir hatten gekümmert, damit wir uns von Anfang an wie zu Hause fühlten. Die Kommunikation klappte super. Das Haus selbst war ein wahrer Traum: Neu, sauber, gemütlich und perfekt und durchdacht ausgestattet mit allem, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Im Kühlschrank fanden wir Milch, Wasser und kleine Mix-Getränke und sogar an Eiswürfel wurde gedacht. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und konnten uns perfekt entspannen, den Sommer noch ein wenig verlängern. Die Lage des Hauses war in einer ursprünglichen Straße/Gegend, der Weg zum Strand und zurück (bergauf) war ein Spaziergang. Wir haben viele schöne Ausflüge auf Krk gemacht und konnten immer wieder ins Haus zurückkehren, um uns auszuruhen. Wir möchten uns bei Danjiela herzlich für die schöne Zeit bedanken! Wir können das Ferienhaus und die Gastgeberin nur weiterempfehlen und hoffen darauf, vielleicht bald wiederzukommen. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft und die schöne Zeit!

We had a fantastic time! The house is designed with plenty of amenities and activities. Both the kids and adults were delighted with the entertainment and sports options (billiards, bocce, table tennis....). Everything isbrand new and spotlessly clean. Communication with the owner was excellent.

The hosts were lovely, with great communication throughout our stay.

Casa Conrad is a charming old house beutifully restored and equiped with all modern cons. It has a marvelous sea view both from the front windows and from the cosy shaded terrace paved with local stone, where you can dine and rest in a complete privacy. We appreciated the two fully equiped kitchens and four immaculate bathrooms, and bedrooms with crispy bed linen and ample storage spaces. The interior of the house is designed to perfection, with lot of attention to details such as versatile coffee maker suitable for capsules as well as grinded coffee and extra toilets on both lower floors. The owners were very kind and provided us with chilled local wine and beer at the arrival. They arranged access to residents parking spaces for two of our cars and helped us find a free parking for the third one.
