The house is new with all comforts. Kitchen fully equipped, perfect bedrooms and super clean. It is located in the Countryside next to Plitvice Lakes, surrounded by nature. You can wake up with the sound of sheeps around and have breakfast in the garden. And one more important thing about the owners. We forgot a phone in the house and they sent it back to Italy without asking to be paid for the cost of the shipping. In two words: nice people.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Marija’s villa, and we can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, Marija welcomed us with such warmth and generosity that we immediately felt at home. She is truly a kind-hearted and thoughtful host, always making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect holiday. Her hospitality was simply outstanding. The villa itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly well-equipped. Every detail has been carefully thought through—from the fully stocked kitchen to the little touches like extra towels, coffee, spices, and even board games. It really felt like everything we could possibly need was already there, and more. We especially enjoyed the outdoor barbecue area, which was perfect for relaxing evenings with family and friends. The washing machine and dryer made life easy during our stay, and even the dartboard added a fun twist to our time at the villa—we spent many cheerful evenings competing and laughing together. The house is ideal for families or groups, with plenty of space, comfortable beds, and a peaceful atmosphere. The surrounding area is quiet and scenic, which made our stay all the more relaxing. Marija went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and her kind spirit truly made this trip special. We left with full hearts and wonderful memories. There is a barbecue and firewood, as well as a trampoline and a playground with swings. There is a jacuzzi in the yard, but we did not use it, as we had a tight schedule. Inside the house everything is very clean, with pleasant lighting. On the terrace there is a table for tea and my favorite cocoon chair. I will also add that the location is excellent, 15 minutes drive from the Plitvi lakes

The house is amazing, with 2 renovated bathrooms and big garden. The house is much larger than it looks on the pictures. Large living room, large bedroom and additional small bedroom. With normal heating, fire place and AC.

It is a beautiful house by the stream, very pretty and clean. The owner of the house very helpful and polite. We were my husband and I and our sons. The house is split into a top floor studio apartment for 1 couple and the floor below is a 2 bedroom apartment, both with sofa and kitchenette. Really enjoyed our stay, beautiful location also!
