The House, the Pool and everything else is just perfect for a group to visit! They had 2 guys that host the house. Very nice and friendly guys, always available if you have questions or problems. Located walking distance from mandre which has cafes / restaurants and an aqua glide. We used a car to explore the island. Keys were collected via arrangement with owner. Great communication.

Set in Novalja and only 2.5 km from Potočnica Beach, Casa Katarina offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. I was first guest in this brand new villa. Everything was really nice, 100% privacy with no neighbors. Matija was really nice and helpfull host. I'm.coming back next year for sure.

Amilyennek leírták, pontosan olyan is volt, minden a helyén, mindennel felszerelve. Négyen voltunk, négy főnek nagyon kényelmes volt. A házigazda nagyon kedves és segítőkész, a meglepetés bekészítés enyhén szólva is bőséges (gyümölcs, kávé, bor, sör, gin, vodka…), ami nagyon pozitív és kedves házigazdára utal. Nagy a nyugalom a környéken, aki kényelmes és valóban pihenős kikapcsolódásra vágyik, itt a helye. Utószezonban voltunk, így a medence vize már túl hideg volt ahhoz, hogy használtuk volna, viszont a tenger még elfogadható volt. Összességében mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudom.

Everything about this villa was perfect , I’ll start off by saying how good the host was , he made us all feel welcome and was very polite and respectful along with his staff, the whole villa was spotless the pool was amazing the views around the villa some of the best , this villa is in a perfect location very quiet and peaceful and only 5 minutes walk to the shops , I would recommend this villa to anyone that is thinking about coming and I’ll be returning 😁
