We forgot a phone in the house and they sent it back to Italy without asking to be paid for the cost of the shipping. In two words: nice people.

Excellent apartment with the most helpful host I've ever met. We could feel the care in every detail in the apartment, the place was equipped literally with everything to make the guests' stay as comfortable as possible. There was an electricity issue in the area (caused by a storm, it was not the host's fault), so when we arrived, we had to wait 1 hour because the electrician guy was still doing the fixing. It was not a huge problem, but the host immediately offered to compensate us and we also received some gifts. This story also demonstrates how caring the host is.

There is so much to love about this log cabin! First of all, the hosts are wonderful. They answered all of our questions before our stay, and when we arrived, they met us at the door and showed us around the cabin personally. They even treated us to some snacks and homemade brandy! I didn't know I like brandy, but now I love it. The cabin is gorgeous and spacious and has everything we needed, including a washing machine, games, ponchos, and all the little things we didn't have room to pack. The front porch is huge and was perfect for my afternoon nap. The surrounding village is lovely, and Plitvice Lakes is very close. If we ever return to this beautiful area, this will be the first booking we make.

It is a very beautiful location, clean, the house is equipped with everything you need and the owner is also very nice.
