We had a great few days relaxing here and exploring Hvar. The last few km's to the house are a gravel road, but it was in quite good condition and perfectly doable if you have some driving experience and/or a (compact) SUV. It's completely quiet and peaceful. At night, the only thing we heard was a long-eared owl.

It is such a beautiful house. Every detail was perfect. The outdoor kitchen was a joy to cook in. The garden was so lovely. It was the perfect stay and a lovely place to land as we explored the island every day.

Every inch of the interior has been carefully designed and collected by the owner who is an artist. All of this combined with a building which is 500 years old makes for a unique house. The courtyard and roof terrace are great outdoor spaces too.
