I can recommend this location to anyone who is looking for some peace and rest. Your own little place, disconnected from the rest of the world but with all the facilities you want and need (including a coffee machine) The house is just like the photos promise, and quite large too. We had a great few days relaxing here and exploring Hvar. The last few km's to the house are a gravel road, but it was in quite good condition and perfectly doable if you have some driving experience and/or a (compact) SUV. It's completely quiet and peaceful. At night, the only thing we heard was a long-eared owl.

We loved the amenities, attention to detail, central location with parking. It is such a beautiful house. Every detail was perfect. The outdoor kitchen was a joy to cook in. The garden was so lovely. It was the perfect stay and a lovely place to land as we explored the island every day.

Villa Dida Hvar asub Hvari kesklinnas, Frantsiskaanilise kloostri rannast ja Bonj rannast lühikese jalutuskäigu kaugusel. We loved our stay at Villa Dida, it was a wonderful property in a great location in Hvar's Old Town. Very close to the port and easy to access (although lots of stairs to get to and also in the property!). Philip was a wonderful host, meeting us at the port to check us in and answered all of our questions throughout the stay quickly and easily. I would 100% stay at this property again and think it is the better place I have stayed in my various times visiting Hvar.

It was a truly special place: quirky but quietly luxurious. It's very peaceful yet surrounded by beautiful restaurants and places to drink in a charming setting. Every inch of the interior has been carefully designed and collected by the owner who is an artist. All of this combined with a building which is 500 years old makes for a unique house. The courtyard and roof terrace are great outdoor spaces too.
