Manor Bank Cottage is so lovely! The location is pretty and it’s easy to get to many of the beautiful things to see in the New Forest, especially ponies and the car museum. Whilst the cottage isn’t huge it’s very comfortable. The shower is amazing! Our host was welcoming, helpful and provided tasty things to make our own breakfast. We particularly loved the horses being our “neighbors “. Definitely recommend.

Das Cottage Lodge Hotel befindet sich im viktorianischen Dorf Brockenhurst, mitten im Herzen des New Forest National Park. Diese charmante Residenz aus dem 17. Cottage Lodge was very comfortable and had excellent facilities. The breakfasts were excellent and the selections of breakfast meals were all enjoyable. The hotel was perfect for us as we could walk to the bike rental near the train station to pick up our bikes. As we did two days of biking, it worked out well. Having a designated car parking spot was nice as we always had a spot to park. From the hotel you can walk to the restaurants and pubs, no need to drive.

The property was so charming! We were able to check ourselves in and were delighted to find that we’d been left with some bread, jams, butter, tea and coffee which was such a lovely touch. The cottage was SO very clean, absolutely spotless. It had everything we needed and was easy to get into Salisbury/Ringwood on public transport. We did a beautiful walk into the forest which was nearby! Although by a busy road, it was surprisingly quiet and very peaceful, and we loved falling asleep to the hooting owls! Jeremy our host was very helpful when I asked for directions to the nearest supermarket. A truly delightful stay!

We were especially impressed by the attention to detail throughout the property; every little thing had been thoughtfully provided. A wonderful stay!

What a lovely cottage, couldn't fault a thing. Very peaceful with lovely views over the garden and field with horses in. Great attention to detail, we appreciated the bottle of milk left in the fridge too. Great location with the bus stop only a 5 minute walk and the train station just a 10 minute walk. Enjoyed a wonderful meal locally which was just over a mile away. We liked it so much, we intend to go back next year
