Wonderful breakfast. rooms are big enough and modern. The hotel is walking distance from the city center. staff are so nice and the balcony is one of the best we have been. We did not want to leave the hotel! will definitely come back.

Situated in Allonby, in a historic building, 37 km from Buttermere, Cosy Seaside Cottage is a holiday home with a terrace and bar. We loved everything about this property, cosy, clean and fully equipped with everything you need. The cottage is in a perfect location and their is parking outside. Two days wasn't enough. We absolutely loved our time here.

Offering a garden and garden view, Heather Mere Cottage, Bowness-on-Windermere is set in Bowness-on-Windermere, 38 km from Derwentwater Lake and 43 km from Askham Hall. Spectacular. They went above and beyond any expectations. It actually looks more beautiful than the pictures. Spotless and fresh, I really appreciate the efforts they put in the small details like the picnic bag, the umbrellas and the sewing kit. The location is superb just a few steps to the center of Bowness where you can find the cruises center, the bus station and all the shops, cafes and restaurants. Definitely recommend to everyone.

Situated in Grizebeck and only 30 km from World of Beatrix Potter, 2 Malt Kiln Cottages features accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. The flat was very spacious and had a nice view of an old cottage across the road. Everything was clean with nice modern fixtures and appliances. Although the flat is right on the roadway, we had no road noise. Having off-street parking was a plus. We also liked having two full bathrooms. The kitchen had everything one would need for a short or long stay with a large refrigerator.

Located 18 km from Buttermere, 1 The Croft provides accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. Loved the location! It was right on the river and very close to everything. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Offering quiet street views, The Old Map Shop is an accommodation set in Wigton, 33 km from Askham Hall and 38 km from Buttermere. Really excellent place for value near Caldbeck. Short walk from town center, very comfortable and well appointed. Absolutely recommend.
