Our stay in the little hut was very lovely and memorable! The hut is super nicely decorated, has everything you need and more, including some snacks provided as a nice touch. Easy to find with the owner’s directions, you feel like you are completely alone in the nature with a beautiful view, except for some cute sheep grazing around in the morning when you wake up! Just lovely. Thank you for the nice stay.

Boasting a garden and views of garden, The Old Cottage is a bed and breakfast situated in a historic building in Arduaine, 16 km from Kilmartin House Museum. What a cosy place to stay! It is indeed an old cottage and our room looked out over the loch. The accommodations are outstanding with a well appointed bedroom and bathroom. The bed was so comfortable! There is a communal sitting room with tons of information about Scotland. The hosts are so friendly and welcoming and are very knowledgeable about Scottish history and area sights. Breakfast is served in a bright dining room overlooking the water with bird feeders attracting local birds to the garden outside. Breakfast choices were extensive and made to order. You are out in the countryside, so I recommend you have a car and the cottage does have free parking. This is the perfect way point in your travels through Scotland.

Melfort Village is set in a lochside location, 24 km from Oban. Furnace is 23 km away. The units include a dining/seating area with a satellite flat-screen TV. Very nice place with beautiful views, cottage was convenient and well equipped.

The location was quiet. The house was spotlessly clean and there was great wifi and TV channels available. Shop was close enough and we were about 25 mins from Oban.
