The location was lovely and quiet. It was very cosy and Alain the host was fabulous. It had everything we needed for an overnight stop and we would not hesitate to stay there longer. The bed was the comfiest my wife and I have slept in for a long time. The shower was excellent, there is a fridge and cooking facilities and it has everything you need. There is also a great restaurant 5 minutes away (Auberge). What a find!

We loved our stay at The Lodge. The apartment had everything we needed, and the swimming pool was a bonus in the hot weather. Our host John was a joy and incredibly helpful.

The bedroom in the tower is very comfortable - best night sleep since of our trip. It is a pleasure to cook in the kitchen with a lovely gas cooker. Surrounded by the trees with sun coming through they make window views beautiful. Very welcoming host.
