Providing lake views, Lomatila Ollila Farm Stay in Kerimäki provides accommodation, a private beach area, water sports facilities, free bikes, a garden and a terrace. We stayed in several places around southern Finland, and this was the best. The location by the lake is stunning. We ate dinner at a lakeside restaurant a few miles away, run by a friend of our host. Savonlinna is a short drive away, as is the world's largest wooden church. Great base for exploring Finnish nature. Amazing breakfast, including local specialities, freshly made bread, and cooked eggs and sausages. Given that we were the only people staying that night (summer season had not started yet), this was exceptional service. The breakfast room in the farmhouse was very pretty.

The hosts were extremely helpful and turned on the sauna just for me as soon as I arrived, which was great, as it was my first experience with a sauna in Finland and it couldn't have been more perfect! The location is simply beautiful! Ten steps from the lake, super comfortable and clean cottage. You can use the canoes to explore the lake. The water usage is super sustainable, with a bathroom that has an ecological sewage treatment system. Perfect silence and tranquillity to be in touch with nature and rest! The location was incredible, on a hill with no one around and an amazing view on the countryside, the lake and the horses around. The amenities where incredible: the jacuzzi, the sauna with an amazing view and the barbecue. The apartment was tiny but extremely well organized also to eat there. And the view from the bed was unbelievable. The owner is an extremely nice person, helpful, and willing to make our stay the best. We strongly suggest this place, it will always remain in our memories
