Communicating with Sandra while making the reservation and before arrival could not have been easier; received super-clear instructions to find and enter the building via WhatsApp; and the room, on the first-floor with two balcones overlooking the quiet pedestrian street, was simply fantastic: a really large, luxurious bed(s) with plenty of pillows and towels; a compact but comfortable bathroom that was impeccably clean and well-appointed, including toiletries; well-designed lighting and furniture; and a spacious public area, with fully fitted kitchen on the ground floor. A truly excellent experience and great value for money!

Everything! The garage and the location was perfect. Everything was ready for living in the apartment , extra towels, condiments, etc.

It is spacious, comfortable, ultra-clean, and quiet. We used it as a base camp for day excursions. Paqui, the host, is one of the best I have met in my many trips. She is attentive, and will go the extra mile to make the stay a great experience. A warm welcome is rare to find these days, where key boxes have become the norm, so Paqui was a true asset to our stay. Breakfast was full of local produce and bakery (with even the family olive oil), which made the experience authentic. Losar de la Vera may not be the most famous town in the area, but thanks to hosts like Paqui it will no doubt become a prominent lodging spot! People taking care of their business makes all the difference.

There was lots of information at the property, the views were amazing, the walk into town was quite long but a lot of fun widing though the lanes, plus when we arrived there was a fire set ready to go which was perfect as we arrived a little wet and cold

This simple pension turned out to be one of the most comfortable accommodations of our three-week trip. We slept sooo well, the beds were very comfortable and the small town so peaceful and quiet. The shared kitchen/living space was spacious, well equipped and practical. The owner and her husband also found a taxi big enough for the six of us and made sure the driver understood which route to take so we could to be dropped off on the Camino on his way to deliver our luggage. There is very little commerce in this small town so you’ll want to take advantage of the owner’s small food store below the accommodation-check the hours before your arrival. She has the basics covered if you want to eat in. For a splurge dinner, reserve a table at the Roman restaurant around the corner. For breakfast, the bar across the way is quite popular and serves a traditional Spanish breakfast. Thank you for a great stay!
