He coordinated a ride from the airport, helped us get lunch upon arrival at his brother's restaurant (which was fantastic), got us tickets for the sound and light show, coordinated a tuktuk to get us around the entire stay, and organized a sunrise boat ride to Abu Simbel. He accompanied us to many of the places to ensure we got arrived and showed us where to go. Overall, Yaya made our trip to Abu Simbel memorable and easy. I would highly recommend his place and his hospitality.

I can't say enough about how well Ahmed looked after us and helped to arrange activities. He even offered to help coordinate things in Luxor after we left Aswan. If you'd like to experience living in a traditional Nubian neighborhood, Nefertari House is the place to be! It's also conveniently located near the public ferry and the Aswan museum/archeological site.
