The villa looks same as in pictures, everything is new and clean. The pool is amazing, and you can just cross the road to get to the beach. Each room has its own air conditioner, and each bedroom has a private bathroom and shower. The kitchen is well equipped. The sea view from the main bedroom and from the top balcony is breathtaking. The area is very quiet and relaxing, that at night you can even hear the waves from the sea! The villa is very clean, and the staff is kind. Chris is so friendly and was available for any of our questions.

Featuring mountain views, Villa Nikitas offers accommodation with a garden and a balcony, around 4.2 km from Markideio Theatre. It was a very comfortable house with all the necessary things (washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, lots of cutlery, dishes, etc.) We felt like we were in our own house The apartment has 4 bedrooms each with air conditioning and 2 bathrooms (one with bath and shower and the other with With shower In addition to the bedroom there is a large living room with three sofas connected to a large kitchen from which there is access to the terrace and the small garden.  On the upper floor, an extra bed on the balcony. You can close the windows and create an additional sleeping space and we are very happy. An ideal place for a quiet and active holiday, very wonderful. And the owner took care of us all the time I recommend it wholeheartedly and we will return there again

Amazing stay, the villa was gorgeous and the pool was amazing. Highly recommend. There was a bus stop at the end of the road to get into Paphos and a parking spot at the house for a car making is very accessible. Great location and highly recommend Harmony restaurant at the end of the road. Great food and great service.

Situated 12 km from Paphos Zoo, Michalis Anoyia Traditional Stonehouse offers a garden, barbecue facilities and air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. This was such a special place, clearly built/restored with lots of love and care. Beautiful, compact space in the heart of Kathikas -- itself a gem of a town. Appreciated the firewood for a fire for my winter stay to help fight off the chill. Would stay again!

Offering villas with private pools in Paphos’ Coral Bay, Platzia Beach Villas are just 20 metres from the coast. Gorgeous place with easy access to the beach; the villa is huge and comfortable, and we had everything we needed to stay comfortable. The view from the top floor is breathtaking, and we had breakfast and stayed on the yard. It was easy to get food and grocery delivery; and the city was a 10-15 ride so went shopping a few times as well. We wanted to stay and use the pool but had an accident and needed to leave early. Michal’s made several accommodations for us, and we appreciate him very much. He was a warm and graceful host, always available when we needed him. Highly recommend this villa stay, especially for groups and families.

Situated along the Paphos Coast, Paradise Cove offers luxury villas with private swimming pools and Mediterranean Sea views less than 2 km from the Tombs of the Kings. Amazing villa, right on the sea front in a brilliant location. The facilities within the villa were excellent and it was very clean and spacious. We would love to return in the future.
