The check-in and check-out was seamless and the communication with Claudia was exceptional. We have never had such outstanding customer service. She was always helpful and really quick to respond to all our queries and even provided suggestions and booked trips on our behalf on the island. The house is very clean and Maria does an exceptional job everyday maintaining the house perfectly clean. Overall, it is such a nice and affordable place to stay . It is very big house with a lot of space for your kids to run around. The hammocks out the back are bliss!
