Not only did he greet us with a welcoming smile, but he also personally escorted us to the main road to help hail a taxi, ensuring we navigated the area with ease. His thoughtfulness didn’t stop there—as we prepared for a day trip, he surprised us with a bag of complimentary local snacks for our journey, a gesture that added a sweet touch to our adventures. Our room was a sanctuary of cleanliness and comfort. Impeccably tidy, with crisp linens and a minimalist yet inviting design, it offered respite after days of exploration. The standout feature? The powerful air conditioning system, which provided much-needed warmth against Fenghua’s frosty temperatures. We returned each evening to a toasty, cozy room, making the cold outside feel worlds away. Small details elevated the experience: fast Wi-Fi, a quiet ambiance, and a hot water kettle for tea that complemented the snacks. It’s clear the staff prioritizes guest satisfaction, blending practicality with heartfelt hospitality. If you’re planning a trip to Fenghua—whether to explore its lush valleys, historic sites, or simply unwind—this hotel is an excellent choice. Ideal for travelers seeking value, warmth (both literal and metaphorical!), and a host who treats you like family. Annica의 식당은 현지 유명 식당보다 더 맛있다. 참고로 시내와 무릉원을 통틀어서 장가계에는 후난식 현지요리가 아닌 음식점을 찾기 어렵다. 한국인 관광객을 대상으로 운영되는 한식집이 있을 뿐이다. 나는 곱창만 들어간 산샤궈를 추천한다.

The room was clean and spacious, and had everything I needed. They even drove me to Zhangjiajie National Park each time I went and recommended a route for me to take. The inn offers dinner service as well, which was very convenient and tasty. They made me feel welcome and at home.
