It had really good heating. No AC but we didn't need it. No bugs inside. The veiw from the windows was a slice of heaven. BRILLIANT for kids. Two playgrounds, a library with toys, a lake opposite. Next to Algonquin so loads of fun trekking. We went when it was cold but they have paddle boats, and canoes and life vests. Honestly I am blown away by how entertained my 2 year old was in this resort.
