This is the ground floor of a house. Great location, only a couple of minutes drive or a nice walk away from shops and amenities. Spacious property, fitted with a fully functional kitchen, tableware, etc. Very clean and tidy. Convenient parking spot right in front of the house. The host was very nice and helpful.

Very spacious apartment, fully equipped kitchen, two full bathrooms, washing machine. The owners have thought of everything one could need in the apartment and it is there. The two bedrooms are large with good storage space. There is an outdoor deck with table, chairs and a BBQ grill. The deck faces west, which provides beautiful sunset views. Tanya is a very gracious hostess; every morning she prepared breakfast, delicious crepes with fruit preserves and on our last morning, homemade banitsa. Her son was kind enough to meet us at the town square and guide us to the property as we had difficulty finding it. Location is outstanding; Sapareva Banya is a 5 minute drive from the property, where there are several good restaurants. There is a fully-stocked, well-maintained supermarket on the road between Saparevo (where the property is located) and Sapareva Banya. The drive to the ski lift in Panichishte takes 20 minutes. This is the starting point for hiking around the seven Rila lakes and the Rila National Park; there are trails galore and the scenery is beautiful. Borovets and the Yastrebets gondola (access to skiing and Musala Peak) is 35 minutes to the east. One added feature for star-gazers. There is little light pollution in the area and in the evening the view of the stars is incredible.

The location was excellent and the views of the mountains were beautiful. Rooms were spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The hostess was so obliging and went out of her way to help us.

I came to the villa alone and was later joined by my friend. The place is great for both solo travelers looking for peace and quiet and for those who want to enjoy their time with family or friends. The location is absolutely magical, surrounded by forest in the mountains with a stream running just near the villa. The villa is comfortable and beautifully designed, where every detail is well thought and connects you to the nature. The fire place gives a warm feeling even on a cool rainy day. All the appliances necessary for a comfortable stay are available. The hosts are hospitable, friendly and thoughtful. I will certainly come again.

It is 20-25 minutes away from Rila 7 Lakes lift. Very comfortble for 4 persons (2 couples), with 2 bedrooms. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. The garden was suitable for relaxing and have coffee or your drink. There is plenty of free parking space in front os the house. The neighborhood was very quiet. The road in front of the house leads to the forest area, so it was a perfect choice for a morning walk or trail running in the forest. There is a complex of pools with thermal water about 10 minutes away from the house. The owner offers a 2hours mountain area safari with a 4X4 hard trail vehicle at very reasonable price, which was a unique experience. I totally recommend it. The house is a perfect and good price choice for every one who wants to visit 7 Rila Lakes.
