People who run the place are very nice, kind and helped us with everything. Amazing breakfast! And I liked that we were encouraged to take with us what we haven’t finished to eat later, because the food was great and it should not be wasted. The place itself is very warm and cosy, and had everything we needed. And it’s located in a very quiet area, no noise has bothered us neither at night and during the day.

We had a wonderful stay and loved the house, the very beautiful design and the high standard of all equipment. Hyggehus is perfectly located in the centre of Tervuren and very calm at the same time. The owner was very kind and available.

The house in picturesque Kortenberg is a super place to relax in peace and quiet. It is also a good place for outings to larger cities like Leuven and Brussels. The house itself is well equipped, suitable for a family with children. A huge asset is a backyard, where there is, among other things, a barbecue, a fireplace, a vegetable garden, and exercise equipment. Amazing impressions were the colorful ducks and chickens running around the yard, it was a great attraction for children. The hosts are helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend it!
