During our journey, our car had a flat tire, and the owner helped us find a service center and booked us in for repair. A recently renovated holiday home situated in Ebensee, Ferienhaus TraunseeStrand features a garden. Welcomed by the hosts, Claudia and Michael, who were very friendly and welcoming. We were shown around the house and given clear demonstrations of everything we needed. We stayed in December, and the house was perfectly warm and cosy throughout our visit. In our opinion, and to our standards, the house was very well equipped and we did not feel that anything was missing. The house is only a two-minute walk from the lake, and the nearby mountains provide a beautiful, peaceful view. For those planning a summer stay, there are also benches, sun loungers, outdoor seating furniture, and a barbecue available.

Absolutely great accommodation, when we arrived were beautiful warmth in the tiled stove👍 There is a stream running around which is great for a morning hardening up. 300 meters down there is a pub connected to a butcher shop, great beer and ribs. The owners are very friendly with lots of good advice on hiking routes. We were so happy we stayed longer. Really excellent.
