This is a beautiful property, stylishly furnished and decorated. For a family of 6 adults, there was plenty of space. We enjoyed staying in Hoboken - loved live music at Finnegan’s and eating out at various places on Washington Street. Really easy to get to Manhattan (bus, ferry and PATH). Really special place!

Much much better than expected (after reading previous reviews). Cozy place, great neighbourhood! We were 5 people and the place was spacious enough. Be careful not to put all your suitcases and backpacks on the top floor bedroom, because there isnt much space on the floor! Cute backyard, nice place to relax. Spacious living room with some fun board games for you and your friends. All amenities we needed in the kitchen were provided. Hot water 24/7 with high pressure in the bath tub. Some people might not like the style of this historic house, but we liked it. Also it's 2 blocks away from the subway that goes to WTC in 7 minutes. All in all we had a great stay and we missed the place when we left.

The style and all the goodies in the cottage are very on point, you can have a shower, a coffe, even a small desk toaster is available. Bed is really comfy and you have ac and a heater as well. The host is very helpfull and communicative, i lost my AirPods during my stay and she send them via post to Virginia. love it. Definitely a accommodation that is worth the visit during your nyc stay!
