The rooftop deck is actually furnished and we had a few nice study/work days up there and a few pleasant evenings looking at manhattan lights. The location is very convenient - minutes away from light rail, bus stop for Manhattan across the street. There are also a few really good bakeries within walking distance 😋 The owner and the hosting company are extremely attentive and kind! We ran out of detergent during our stay, so the owner stopped by to personally drop it off!

The apartment was spotless and stylish. It’s really large and looks even better than in the pictures. So many closets so if someone is staying for a longer time it will be really comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there. Definitely recommend! Ovner was really responsive, and we could even pick up something we forgot there.

Die Wohnung ist insgesamt modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Sofa kann man zum Bett umklappen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und es hat von der Ausstattung her an nichts gefehlt.

How close it was to the board walk and really anything else. The laundry was close by our room as well. It was quiet at night so my youngest could rest. I had an unexpected death in the family and our original stay was from June 28th until July 13th. I contacted the owner because our check in was on a Saturday and my grandfather's viewing and funeral wasnt until Monday and Tuesday and she was so sweet and kind and helpful! I thought all was lost or we would get in trouble or loose our reservation for our vacation but that was not at all the case!! She gave her condolences and offered a refund for what would be the unused days and that meant the most to us as a family as well as her doing a great job with communication! Everyone should definitely stay here when being in the area, its extremely affordable and the owner is so sweet!!! The place was also very clean!!! Only place we will go back to now.
