I have been coming to cebu for over a year and have stayed in many places. This place was BY FAR the BEST place i have ever stayed. Location was so close to the airport. The room size was spacious. The room was spotless. The room was comfortable and modern. There was a nice little pizza restaurant right beside the location. They provided free coffee and even had an umbrella for me to use when i went out while it was raining! This was an awesome place and I will 100% sure i will return again! Thanks for an amazing stay!!

It is well thought out and well maintained. Clean and very organized from small details. It has all the basic amenities and very close to the airport. The owner is very responsive of any requests and communicates regularly.

Gorgeous layout of the suite. Super comfortable. Nice Italian restaurant downstairs for easy eating when you are tired from your trip. Great hot showers. Free Netflix. Kitchen with 2 fridges 😆. And when I left something in the room, the owner sent it to me in a courier within an hour of me checking out. Top notch all around.

Everything was spotless, like new, and full of thoughtful details. A perfect space for a couple and ideal for getting work done. The internet and desk worked flawlessly. They were also very attentive to anything we might need.

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool, Cozy Studio Apartment at Cebu IT Park is set in Cebu City. I stayed here for a week due to a company event, and the location was perfect, just a short walk to the office. It’s also conveniently close to Sugbo Mercado and Ayala Centrio. The condo had a complete dining and entertainment setup, and I appreciated the ability to cook my own meals, which I did often. Since I spent most of my time at the office, I mainly used the place for sleeping, but it was very clean and comfortable. The guards were also friendly and accommodating. Great stay overall!
