Perfect location, room was spacious and had everything we needed plus additional services within the condo. The cleaners came every day, left new towels and refilled bottles of water. Pool was big, clean and refreshing, nice little extra. Overall exceeded my expectations for the money I payed, truly recommend it.

Ive been going to Pattaya for 22 year now. This condo is hands down one of the best ive ever stayed at and ive stayed at 100s. From checking in to checking out with Nan so easy. The condo is immaculate with 2 big smart tvs, free coffees teas, biscuits every, iron and ironing board,.everything you need a home from home. Then you have the sauna and steam room, 2 gyms huge lagoon pool. Will be staying again for sure.

First,owner Mr Ayberk is very kind and he is interesting with everything..Room is so confortible and cleaning everyday also good smelling .there is a 2 There is air conditioning, refrigerator, large screen TV, balcony with sea view..The location of the room is very good, 100 meters walking distance to the sea, next to the shopping center. next to the entertainment center.Thank you for everything, Mr. Ayberk. Better to contact the host prior to the check in date, but she made sure everything was ok and took 2 hrs for cleaning arrangements but the locality was nice.

The apartment is clean and nice. Key is easy to take. Lifts are so modernized. The infinity pool and the garden at the top level are so cool, and we did enjoyed the stay a lot. The beach is also 5 minutes away to walk and many shops are located just down the street.
