Best is the service and staff. Excellent, I felt taken care of. Staff are gentle, cleaning standards are excellent, apartment manager willing to help and make everything to make your stay comfortable and happy. Big thank you to Giannis -superb! Wonderful apartment in a quiet location, 5 minutes from the beach, has everything you need for a comfortable stay: dishes, induction cooker, washing machine, air conditioning, TV, free Wi-Fi. Secure parking, excellent view of the jungle from the room. The owner of the apartment is constantly in touch, promptly answers all questions. We will definitely come back here next year!

Brand new building in a quiet location just behind Phuket FantaSea. The apartment is small but convenient enough for our small family of 3. Bed and sofa bed were very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped (pots and pans, plates and silverware, stove, rice cooker, toaster, micro-wave....) There is also a washing machine on the terrace which is very convenient. On the rooftop there is a decent size pool and a small gym. The owner Elena, stayed on the same floor and was waiting outside when we arrived. She was always available when needed and very helpful.

The apartment was brand new, spacious, comfortable and very stylish. It came fully equipped with kitchen, dining area, sofa, really comfy bed and great shower room. It had a small balcony and was the best place we have stayed in in Thailand. It also had a fabulous rooftop pool. Could not fault it!

Good location, 5 min walk to restaurants and bars, 15 min walk to the beach, 55 mins drive from airport. The swimming pools in the complex are great, there was a gym but I didn't use it. The cafe was surprisingly good, with really god quality lunch meals, we went there most days.

My husband and I lived in various condos in Phuket on the beaches of Karon, Kata, Patong. We really liked this condo hotel! Calm, clean air! Great large pool where you can swim in circles. It's GREAT that there is a large tennis court for free. About 200 meters away there is a sauna with a swimming pool. The restaurants have great food and great service and PRICES! I especially liked the catfish there and Pattaya at the Mama restaurant. The sea is calm and clean. It's nice to walk about 1000 meters. At the same time, complete the daily requirement step by step. Shops are right along the roads Big C, 7/11 and super cheep. . It was nice to run along the road to the left from the hotel. Giveyas block the road from the sun; there are practically no cars. We are thinking of living here longer next time. Ideal for remote work. Also, the apartment was clean and had all you need for a long stay.
