Flat very well equipped. Big. Near the center but not too near so it is very quiet. The swimming pool is really big and Lay Tin is very thoughfull. Perfect location, perfect appartement.

Everything is good. This property can fit a family of 8 because there are 3 extra mattresses. There are also washing machine, clothes hanger at the balcony, and Coway. Soap and shampoo are also provided. The beds and pillows are comfortable. Clean toilets too. The swimming pool is open from 8 am-10 pm, which is great. Our kids love it (and the toys provided in the property). No deposits requested by the owner. Just keep the property clean (the rubbish need to be thrown away by guests)

The check-in process was smooth. We book this unit on the day we arrived in Melaka as our earlier booking was cancelled by the host without our knowledge. Anyway, this unit has 2 TVs, aircond in all rooms and hall. Clean and has good view of straits of Malacca. The host also very quick to attend any problems occurred.
