The staff created a wonderfully pleasant atmosphere — everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything. Wonderful & spotless hotel where any guest is truly invited to relax. Gorgeous rooms with panoramic views to the ocean, well equipped from the whirlpool in the rooms, to the little biscuits and chocolats available, to the options to watch Netflix directly setup. The team running the hotel is beyond fantastic - special mention to Dean who has truly made our stay special with his impeccable service, positive attitude & attention to detail (we got our own private dinner on the balcony!). Highly recommended hotel.

One of the best hotels we stayed in South Africa. Wonderful place, beautiful territory, warm stuff, tasty food, hot tube (!) near the water, stunning view and no people. Hotel was fully booked but we saw almost no other guests. Even in winter it was warm in the room. Room is fully equipped. You will find everything you need. We fully relaxed here. Room was cleaned twice a day. Welcome snacks and drinks in the room were very tasty. You feel like they waited for you, like you are really welcome here. I can recommend this lovely place to everyone, you won't regret.
