A real welcome from two lovely people who have made their lives here and have a genuine interest in their guests. Super friendly and inviting you to get a glimpse into the life they've created for themselves and all that goes with it. We were treated to a delicious meal with our hosts and their other guests and free flowing conversation about how this oasis came to be. Off the beaten track and an unexpected joy. I can only send them my very best wishes for the future and will remember our brief time there as very special. So glad we stopped off here on our way to the unmissable Cango Caves.

What a beautiful beautiful place! In the middle of a stunning landscape, in a very nicely done room with all the luxury you need, warm welcoming hosts and absolutely excellent food - we felt this must be what it is like in paradise. One of the most special places I have stayed at in my life. Stay for more than just a night to really catch your breath and relax, because this is the feeling this place gives you right away. If we are ever lucky enough to come back, we would stay for several nights and explore the surrounding areas and its beatiful scenic drives day by day, go for hikes in the morning and cool off at the pool in the afternoon.

This stay was absolutely wonderful! The place was extremely clean and fully equipped with everything I could need, making it feel like home. We loved everything about the accommodation. Johan and Sonja were superb hosts and their dogs as friendly as they are. Best vacation location choice ever. It was worth every cent and more. Beautiful and modern design. Equipped with everything you need, even has an air fryer! Lovely shower. So peaceful and quiet. 10 minutes outside of Oudtshoorn. Definitely the place to stay!

Very beautiful guesthouse in the countryside. Antelopes grazing just in front of our suite. The owner family and the employees are very friendly and helpful. Food excellent. Game drives in a perfect scenery. Not too many animals, which is very good. Much better than all those parks and reserves at the coast. A perfect stay just to wind down and relax.
