Everything was perfect. Great service from the incredible porter, Njabul, to the efficient reception staff (Indian lady and Stha), we were most impressed.The breakfast buffet was 5 star and the restaurant staff especially Godfrey were amazing! The rooms were spotless and fresh. Excellent location for all types of cuisine and we felt very safe walking along the promenade at 6am and walking back from dinner across the hotel at the Oceans Mall. Thanks for one of our best stays in Durban,South Africa.

You have many halaal restaurants around the hotel, such as J'Mos, Istanbul, Ocean Basket, Nando's, My Dinners and many more...!!!! My special thanks goes to Mrs.Rai and Mrs.Pamela who assisted me 🤝.
