During our stay, we loved how close the lodge was to the park. We especially appreciated the staff’s thoughtful touch in preparing our bed for the night. The breakfast was generous and varied, and the dinner was delicious — special mention for the dessert! As for the safaris… they were absolutely exceptional every time! This place took my breath away, the rooms are huge, and there is a lot of space to sit and chat. The braai area is well thought out, and there is a massive kitchen to prepare food for many people. But the absolute best part of these villas, is the view. You get to sit at the pool looking over the bushveld, with all kinds of animals coming to a watering hole. We saw Impala and an elephant in the evening. Game drives are provided into the reserve or you can get a permit at reception for your own vehicle if you can brave the roads. The park has a lot of wildlife, there are plenty of animals to see.

We had the most amazing time. The view and accommodations are breathtaking. Our wonderful guide had some much knowledge; we were out on dive for hours and loved every minute of it, he went above and beyond to ensure we had the most wonderful stay.
