Outstanding. The staff is exceptional. Our guide, Hein, is one of the best I've ever seen. We had a family from Taiwan with us. Hein did everything possible to give the 4 year old boy an unforgettable experience. For all staff, nothing is too much and they all assist with a smile. This was one of our best lodge experiences. Loved the natural feel to Kwafubesi- personally more preferable to the luxury "hotel-feel" lodges. The Staff were superb, food was outstanding (one of the best steaks I have ever had!). Accommodation very comfortable but also still giving the "in the bush" experience. As it is not a huge reserve you should get to see everything from an animal perspective - we got up close with elephants, saw lions feed and play after a zebra kill, African wild dogs succeed in a hunt for an impala - and the list goes on. One morning we woke to 3 cheetahs lounging about just outside the main eating area!! Special mention for Matimba, our ranger, who went above and beyond to make our stay superb

The lodge is beautiful, spacious, consisting of 4 seperate houses and a main house. All facilities are there, like a full kitchen, braai, coffee maker, pool and a bar. You need to bring your groceries yourself, there is nothing close by. The husband and wife taking care of the house are very nice and helpful.

Had an amazing time at Letamo. The lodge and its facilities are spectacular, from the Gym and spa to the kids clubs. We booked a a suite with private pool, which was stunning. The reserve is beautiful, and we had really good game viewing. The knowledge of the guides is some of the best we have ever experienced and the staff at the lodge really went out of their way to make our stay memorable.
