The lodge recently changed owners, but has kept on much of the staff and is very recognizable to anyone having stayed there before. The location is extremely peaceful and serene, yet just a few minutes drive from the excellent Casterbridge lifestyle center, with all its charming shops and eateries. The staff is lovely and made us feel right at home. There is no playground, but the lush grounds offer plenty of space for kids to run around and explore. Our kids really loved sleeping in a bunk bed in a family room as well. We did not have dinner on-site, but we very much enjoyed the yummy hot breakfast options. We will definitely be coming back.

A wonderful place, beautiful, pretty styling of the entire house, fully equiped kitchen. Great and comfortable beds. We stayed here with our 3 teenage girls and had lovely and spacious bedrooms and 2 beautiful styled and comfy bathrooms. Fluffy towels, beautiful outside seating area. Close to the South entrace of Kruger Park. Very friendly hostess.

Well managed, clean, quiet, bright room, good wifi, lovely swimming pool, nice garden. Also immune to "load-shedding" (due to batteries). Originally I came to spend just a night before going to Kruger, but returned afterwards just to hang out a few days more.
