Loved the entire property except the restaurant.
Loved the entire property except the restaurant. I would never ever visit that restaurant again. The Spa was wonderful and a must for any traveller. Horseback riding is THE BEST. Safety in the resort is amazing. I really felt safe. The children could walk around even late at night. I was looking for a country get away where I could relax and take long walks with my dog. I assumed from the accommodation site information that there was hiking on the property - this was not the case. Mooiriver town has nothing to commend it . Rearsby was close to a very good spa and also next door to a very good eating establishment - if that is your thing. Mooiriver is beautiful with a mountain view.its cozy in the winter because of the cold so many places have a fireplace. There is lots to see an do in the area. It's about 1 an a half hours from Durban so it's the perfect get away from the busy city. Lots of farmlands an a more relaxed way of life.
