Wow it is so beautiful. So much to do and see. Meals were fantastic. Lots of special touches. It was our anniversary and they decorated our table and gave us a complimentary bottle of champayne making our evening very special. We loved it.

On arrival we were offered an upgrade to a suite (free), which was well equipped for our needs. Well located property with really pretty, well maintained garden areas. There is an infinity pool for residents’ use. The lodge itself is very impressive with some great features, including a thatched roof. As part of our deal, breakfast was included, but we also to chose to dine there each evening of our stay. There was a good choice of cold and hot food items for breakfast. Evening meals were good (hence we ate there each night !) and there were choices available. Restaurant Manageress, Princess, was welcoming. We saw a bit of the owners, Kerry, Ant & Ryan who were very friendly, offering up suggestions for things to do during our stay. Overall a great stay in the Drakensberg.
