Beautiful historical hotel with really nice ambience and really comfortable fluffy beds. WIFI was fast, the hot shower was strong and nice, and the breakfast so was delicious. And yes! It's really in the heart of Simon's town. Really friendly staff too! Will highly recommend!

Location to Kommetjie Beach and Fish Hoek is an easy drive. The accommodation is very basic and the furnishings outdated.We felt the room lacked privacy . The hostess was friendly and helpful. We had to park in the street outside the property.

Alot, firsting I booked your whole house but there was no privacy at all the first night which was the Friday Candice was there with another lady and the house was not clean, we got there at 13:55 and waited, Secondly I was there with m parents which do not smoke, Candice n company was smoking at the braai area and the smoke came into the house which we had lunch in the dinner room area it was not pleasant. There was another Host which stayed over when can candice left called Fatima (gala) and her son they used the kitchen, Main bathroom so where was the privacy. Her son left the toilet dirty full of poo which my husband had to ask her can you please clean because your son poo and iam not going to do it. They wash, used the kithen relax on the balcony so where was our privacy and we could not even used there spaces cause your host smoke. I have booked 3 times at your place but I do not think I will in future because of this reasons and will not recommen people at all.

I did not have the best of breakaway at Happy Homes. I did book last minute, and we had to share a kitchen. However, after a long drive you at least wants a good night's rest, but that was not the case for us. We had to endure ponding footsteps of someone walking up and down that book the Deluxe suite on both nights we were there. We booked for 3 nights but left the Sunday, i needed some good rest because we back at work the Tuesday. Our room had no Remote to search for channels and we had to make use of a mouse. Only Tv remote. The kettle inside the room, was way to short and we had to plug it in on the extension by the bed lamp. The decor is very outdated. Living Area and kitchen could do with some good spring cleaning. Overall I did not enjoy my stay there.

I loved everything about this place.

I loved everything about this place. It was cozy and had all the necessary facilities. Staff were helpful and friendly. Very welcoming and calm environment. Great views and location. Wifi was strong and TV had the main streaming services. The protea suit had a tub and shower with beautiful art and aesthetic. Great value for money. Definitely would recommend. Nothing bad to say about my stay.

You must love dogs and dont be a neatness freak here. Swimming pools is nice and WIFI Signal perfect. Dont book the rooms downstairs you will share bathroom and have to go out of your room to go to the bathroom. Dont be a person who want to watch Tv lying on the bed. its not for the young people maybe old people. bring yourself rechargeable lamp and power bank because load shedding is here. Bring all your refreshments and food otherwise food outlets anre not too close. There is no bathtub only shower.

This was a absolutely pretty place, just what we needed.

This was a absolutely pretty place, just what we needed. Views to die for, peace tranquility, private beaches, Service excellent, accommodation was excellent, clean cosy and everything you needed. Fresh towels shower soap, toilet paper trash bins, even swabs to remove your make up. Your own little verandah, free WiFi, TV with you tube and netflix, but we had no have time to watch, You have a choice to eat at surrounding restaurants, pizza, fish and chips and you can braai. We did it all . Ideally situated to malls farms vineyards and beaches . Arts and crafts close by coffee shops, your own private vacation world. We loved it. Was absolutely wonderful to be there. The cherry in the top of this awesome accommodation, us the service, the ladies really aim to please their guests. Highly recommended a visit and stay there. Can't wait to visit again . The little dam in front of Imhoff's Gift is part of the Nature Reserve and you have the option to rent canoes . Lots for kids. Farm animals. You can ride horses along the beaches Or simply enjoy these huge white sand breath taking beaches. Walk your dog along the beach Imhoff Gift is a little paradise
