We visited Tsala Treetop Lodge for our honeymoon and had a fabulous experience. We actually extended our stay an additional two nights because we loved the tranquility of the location. The treehouse rooms are beautifully furnished with a private pool and amazing views. The staff were incredible and we loved the food at both Tsala Treetop Lodge Restaurant and nearby Zinzi.

Loved the cottage. Very clean and homey. Beautiful serene area and relaxing. Really really impressed. The host Jolene greeted us at the entrance and explained everything needed, pretty easy. Will definitely be back.

This is a great place to stay in the area of Plettenberg. The hosts are a nice and superfriendly couple and they have the most lovely and friendly dog on the farm. There is room to walk between the animals on the farm, and in the morning you can see the elephants and zebra's of the Knysna elephant sanctuary. We had a great time there. The house is fully equipped if you want to cook or stay there a couple of days. It is close to Plettenberg, so it is very easy for shopping, but there are also plenty of restaurants. There a lot of activities in the area so this is a good base to start from.

A truly special place. The setting is just beautiful, in a peaceful valley, a few steps from a quietly flowing river bordered by lush greenery. Lots of trees, a private garden, abundant bird life all create a sense of deep calm. The space feels completely removed from the noise of the world, yet it’s just a short drive to restaurants, activities & Plettenberg Bay. The cottage is very comfortable for an extended stay, with high quality bedding & linen. The hosts are gracious, kind and respectful of privacy, and clearly take pride in maintaining such a beautiful space.

This is a fantastic place for nature lovers! If you're looking for a hotel in the city center, this is not the spot for you. However, it was absolutely perfect for us. Peaceful, with breathtaking views, and equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal or enjoy a braai. The beds were comfortable, the shower was great, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. This was our favorite accommodation during our entire stay in South Africa—our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer!
