Customer service was excellent with every one going above and beyond to make sure your every need is met. The food is amazing and I would recommend anyone to come and try the restaurant. Thank you Chef🎉 As a solo traveler it's hard to find those places where there is Beauty, quiet yet enough to keep you occupied. Walkersons has all the above. Thank you team, the stay was phenomenal.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Accommodation is nice and neat. Parking is wide and secure. Restaurant is convenient with very good food (lamb curry) and a beautifull view over the trout pond.l - staff is friendly. The geese and the ducks are beautiful and entertaining to watch. The trout pond with green grass around is also very beautiful and I enjoyed the trout fishing option which made my morning just before checking out. The

The room was clean, comfortable, and neat. Everything worked well, and we appreciated the small extras like the electric blanket and water bottles. The owner contacted us in advance regarding the booking and I liked that we had the freedom to check in and check out unassisted (codes for the rooms were provided ahead of time). The property is conveniently situation in the middle of the town, walking distance from restaurants and attractions.

The hospitality was wonderful , Jolandi helped us with everything before arrival. The check-in was quick and easy . The place is like new, clean and beautiful . It’s a charming little town with a basic supermarket, so if you forget anything, you’ll likely find something basic there. That said, I’d still recommend buying your self-catering groceries and essentials before you arrive. There’s also a great variety of restaurants to choose from.

This is a hidden gem and well worth the travel.

This is a hidden gem and well worth the travel. It is South Africa's highest town at 2100m above sea level and breathing can be an issue if you have lung problems. Include the following in your stay: Bird of Prey Rehabilitation Centre Milly's food store Whiskey, gin, brandy and wine tastings throughout the town The Fudge shop situated in the antiques shop The Clock Shop A drink at any of the pubs or eateries just savouring the atmosphere.

It is quick to get to Dullstroom from Gauteng.

It is quick to get to Dullstroom from Gauteng. The scenery, restaurants, tourist activities and the people make the place whole. Even though there are no franchise grocery shops such as Spar and Checkers, a delivery service will come handy.

We have stayed in Dullstroom many times, and it never disappoints! On this quick one-night stopover we ate supper at The Dullstroom Inn. The roaring fire in the fireplace has been alight since 1980 - so a lovely place to eat on a cold winter night. The food was delicious and reasonably priced.

the friendliness of the hotel staff. the room was always clean. firewood was plentiful. nothing was too much trouble ' we ate in the hotel & lots of different restarants in Dullstroom, all were good & value for money. it's very easy to get around Dullstroom. wouldn't avoid anything. everywhere was a pleasure to visit.

It was my partner's birthday, so we went to Clarkys Lakeside...

It was my partner's birthday, so we went to Clarkys Lakeside restaurant to celebrate, and it was nothing short of amazingness, from the staff to the food to the venue itself. We tried exploring as many restaurants as we could but because it was cold, we only managed to do Dunkeld and the Banks. The people of the town are very friendly and welcoming.
