My parents encountered an accident and the staff assisted with arrangements with the SAPS in the area to escort them to the police station and back to the hotel to sort out administration regarding the issue. I'm really pleased with that, especially being in a different province altogether and having booked their holiday there. My mother said will definitely return as she enjoyed the food the most...
