This was the most memorable stay we have had in South Africa. The location is perfect, the design of the house is amazing, rooms are stylish and comfortable, breakfast is of a high-quality made with love. Besides all the things which make this place perfect, it is one of the loveliest couples that runs it. They are very nice, hospitable, funny, and caring. I felt like i was staying with my family, although i have just met them :) They also gave us excellent tip for the rest of our stay in the country. Thank you soooo sooo much for such a wonderful experience and unforgettable stay!

We had a really lovely time staying at the High Level Selfcatering and wished we had booked an extra night. The location was perfect in a calm and safe neighbourhood l, close to the restaurants and Cape Agulhas. The apartment was much bigger than the photos and it was spotless and very wel equipped. We felt at home right away. Definitely recommend!

Very nice and clean apartment in a beautiful and safe neighbourhood. They even provided us freshly baked bread, yoghurt, muesli, biscuits, fruit etc for free. The check-in was uncomplicated. We can definetly recommend Tide‘s Song for a stay in Agulhas.

We absolutely loved this place! Waking up with a view of the sea from your bed is a treat. It's got bags of personality as a place to stay and we had everything we needed. We even opted to stay in there for dinner and enjoy the sun going down over the very bottom of Africa. The bed was comfortable, there's a patio for braai (and views!) and the wrap around windows makes you feel like you can see everything, yet it's private. The photos don't do it justice!

    Agulhas is a quiet beautiful little town with wonderful places to eat and visit. The people of Agulhas are friendly and the sea view is lovely, lots of walking paths and an animal friendly environment. The southernmost point of Africa where the two oceans meet and it is part of the National Parks Council.You'll discover fascinating ecological habitats, shipwrecks, national monuments and signs of ancient settlements in this nature conservation area.

    The Lighthouse museum is a must to visit, as is the Africa map at the southernmost tip - hopefully they will cover it in brass as it's degrading. A sunset walk was beautiful in the evening, and the tidal pools warm for swimming.

    Surprisingly pleasant, once you orientated yourself harbour in middle, long sandy beach on one side and lighthouse on extreme other, We saw buck on side of the road one evening below the lighthouse, splendid 😀

    Cheryl and Alan are wonderful hosts. Tea and coffee on arrival. Quick run down of local attractions. Cheryl booked supper for us. Very comfortable room - everything that we needed was available and in good working order. Breakfast was delicious. Such a lovely couple, really welcoming and helpful.. Would totally recommend a stay here. Would gladly have stayed for longer🙂

    The place was so close to the beach which is what I love, to be as close to the sea as possible. The Lighthouse was also a walk away and it was so easy going up the 71 steps to the top to enjoy the beautiful view. It was just unfortunate that we had bad weather and was not able to do all the things we planned to do. Theres a Parkrun every Saturday.

    Beautiful little town, the weather was unfortunately cold and rainy but we still walked around and visited the Southern most tip of Africa. I see there is many tidal pools. Lovely restaurants with good food. The city was very clean and had everything you need for a stay. Good shop and even a pick N pay liquor store. We will be back in summer

    I loved the view most of all and the cleanliness of the place. The restaurants and beach is walking distance and safe. The hostess was was friendly and very helpful love the lady very kind person. The place is so spaces and have everything to give it a home away from home feeling, I'd definitely recommend her for any future guests.
