Great central location, with everything within walking distance, including plenty of restaurants and cafés. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the spa and gym facilities were a nice bonus.

The breakfast was very good. It was served in a restaurant just behind the hotel. The location was great because it is in the center of the city. It was hard to find the hotel at the beginning, but it is like a hidden place that you should find and benefit from it.

I have stayed in over 2000 hotels in my life. For work I have stayed in some amazing and luxurious hotels but when I travel alone, I prefer to stay in a locally owned hotel. The staff of this hotel is a family (brothers and sisters) and after 3 days I felt I was like their brother. They have gone above and beyond what you would expect. The location is very central which makes it easy to get to the main sights. Many people seem to be booking flats in Pristina but believe me, I prefer staying in a hotel in a country where I don't speak the language and where I like to get tips about things to see, local transport, places to eat etc. The staff at this hotel is truly exceptional. Coffee, tea and water are complimentary. Every time I walked in they asked me if I wanted something to drink. Amazing! Falaminderit!

I arrived much later than originally expected (00:15 am) but could still easily check-in, even though the room was not paid yet. The room was clean and well equipped (WIFI, shower gel, towels, toothbrush and -paste, hairdryer, television, small fridge, TV, kettle, tea) and the breakfast was great. The person on the reception helped me find a bus to go to Prizren, where I had a meeting) and ordered a taxi for me.

The hotel and the staff were exceptional. Breakfast was superb Customer service was outstanding After all the pleasant experiences the staff members prevented me of making the mistake to try to take a bus to Serbia. I would not make it to the Serbian side of the border The staff offered me the opportunity to figure out what to do in their garden( after check out time and using their wifi) and reserved a room for me in cade I needed it This was an exceptional hotel experience
