I really liked the clean and spacious room with a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out easy. Breakfast was simple but tasty, with enough options to start the day well. The location is convenient, close to local shops and easy to find.

The hosts were absolutely amazing. Their kids were great too. Luck has it we arrived just before the Snow Tea Festival and we wanted to extend our night. They were fully booked but were able to create more room for us so we could stay. The took us to the morning games. The accommodation was great too. The hot springs are the best after a long travel and the houses were nice and clean. We definitely recommend staying here. We had a amazing time and I can’t wait to get back. Thank you for the great time we had staying with you!

The rooms were stunning, thoughtfully designed with elegance and harmony. The semi-outdoor shower gave us an incredible sense of freedom, every morning a moment of pure connection with nature. Every breakfast, every meal, every snack was fresh, flavorful, and made with care. The cozy fire corner, with cats sleeping gently at our feet… it felt as though all of Vietnam had been distilled into this one magical place. I don’t have the words to fully express how deeply this place touched me. It has left a mark on my soul — a memory that will never fade

The place is amazing, full of personality and charm. The host and hostess were extremely welcoming and friendly and helpful. Our kids were entertained feeding the cute rabbits and painting figurines (the place is also a coffee shop and a painting school/studio so it has all the supplies). Dinner was family style so we got a chance to get to know our hosts and the others guest which was really nice. The hostess helped us with bus tickets, walked us to the stop and even checked up on us to make sure we got to our next destination safely. If we could give this place 15 stars we would.

Beautiful property with wonderful hosts, LeLe and ETC, with their family. They all made me feel extra welcome and cared for, and were even so sweet to do a surprise birthday for me, including a cake and hand-drawn card, which made my trip that much more special as I was travelling solo. They also took me on a trip to experience the local market. It is decorated throughout with vibrant paintings by ETC. Great place to sit around, enjoy the views (there were some nice decorations for National Day as well), and relax. The area is nice and quiet, but accessible. I really liked the unique styles of the bedroom and bathroom, and the soaker tub was great! I would love to come back if I return to Yen Bai.
