The staff were friendly and helpful. Being able to store your luggage was a great service (I didn’t use the service, but they also have laundry service). They have filtered water machines for your refillable water bottles. The location was within walking distance of many restaurants, shopping, and tourist sights. The lockers were plenty big and were key card locked. Oh, and stairs to get to the upper bunks was nice, rather than a ladder.

The hotel is located in district 1 - near shopping malls and city sightseeing. Ly, Thuỳ, Hòng and the others from the staff went far above and beyond for us. We even had an early check in and late check out. The breakfast is amazing everyday. The hotel possess a vintage style with modern amenities. It is clean and they also provide a free laundry service. The bed. In all of our six month South east Asia Journey this was one of the most comfortable beds and blankets. The overall room design added to a very cozy feeling. The bathroom was nice as well. We loved the strong shower and the option for a bath, too. The room size was very good and there was plenty of space for the two of us. Location was nice and close to many good restaurants.
