The staff was amazing and so accomidating. I’ve never met someone like this at an hotel. Tracy (<3) was so sweet and helpful and Luna was amazing. I missed the name of the guys who was so sweet also but I think it was Henry, Daff and Bee. They helped out with us wanting to have a late check out even though the hotel was fully booked and they called and booked a time for me om a specific nail saloon. Very nice. The breakfast was yummy too, and the lady taking orders was sweet and so helpful.

This was one of the best hotel experiences I have had in my life. The staff were SO helpful, friendly and attentive, they went above and beyond and made our stay exceptional. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean, the rooms are quiet and the beds super comfortable. The breakfast was great and we also enjoyed the rooftop bar. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Hanoi- it's excellent!

This hotel is new, really beautiful and stylish. 100% clean, also bedsheets and towels smell awesome. Big room and big bathroom, everything is modern. Perfect 2 jacuzzi with calm area. But the best is staff there! Very nice and helpful people, especially want to thank Ruby, she is wonderful person. I didn’t see so smart, humble and helpful person long time. Also she has perfect english, what is not common in Vietnam. If I will have a hotel, I want her like a director.:)

As funny as the room looks like- it was a very comfortable place. It ticks all the boxes. First time for me to sleep on a round bed ever! Staff very nice and helpful. Bit out of town but bus 31 - bus stop in front of the house- will take you to the old town for only 10000 dong. I got a grab back. Around the corner there are a couple of eating places- I had a very good pho there and there is a coffee/ smoothie place.
