My gallery boutique is a really nice hotel. It’s in a very quiet location, but close enough to the city to walk to, albeit I am sure some people might think it a bit too far from the center. The rooms are clean and rather spacious. The furniture looks new and slick. The bathroom shower has a decent water pressure and copious amounts of hot water. Especially noteworthy is the view that is stunning. In terms of rooms, nothing can go wrong here. The Staff is extremely friendly and courteous and a decent amount of them speak good/great English. They try to do everything to make the guests welcome and help them out. John is a good English speaker and always had a friendly word and smile. In terms of bookings and services the hotel (chain) is really fair in its pricing, compared to other places I have been to. That being said, they still take a cut. However, having tried making my own bookings, I would say the amenity of not having to worry over things is worth booking the services over the hotel (chain). The morning Buffet is good. The cooked food is tasty and the fresh fruit are nice and otherwise not easy to find in sapa. That being said, for it to be worthwhile you really need to be used to eating in the morning. All in all this hotel is for people planning to stay a couple of days in sapa and just enjoy a nice view, or/and not wanting to worry about getting into the nitty gritty of finding their own tours etc.

We booked for one night, ended up staying for four. Upon our arrival from the night bus we were able to check in early and we were also upgraded to a lovely room with a balcony. Everything was clean and comfortable. I recommended the chicken pho for breakfast. We would stay again.

Beautiful hotel, very comfortable rooms, stunning views. Service was impeccable, from the welcome tea to the buffet, it was completely perfect. Staff so helpful and they would assist to your needs immediately. Rooms were comfortable, very clean and had all the amenities you would need in a hotel. Toiletries, towels, room service etc. Huge buffet with a lot of choice from western to eastern kitchen, lovely. Nothing much else to add. Thank you for making our stay at your hotel perfect.

I had an amazing stay at Bamboo Sapa Hotel, and their hospitality truly exceeded my expectations. I arrived at the hotel early in the morning, around 8 AM, and was immediately welcomed with warmth and kindness. Julie, one of the staff members, noticed that I was freezing and generously lent me her hand heater—such a thoughtful gesture that made all the difference in the chilly Sapa weather. The hotel also provided a shower room, allowing me to freshen up before check-in, which was incredibly convenient after a long journey. On top of that, they offered a **complimentary herbal bath and sauna**, which was the perfect way to relax and warm up after exploring Sapa. It was a unique and rejuvenating experience that added so much value to my stay. Throughout my time at the hotel, the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, frequently checking in to see how I was doing. Julie, in particular, was incredibly hospitable **from the moment I arrived until my last day**, making sure I had everything I needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. Her kindness and attentiveness truly made a difference. As a solo traveler, feeling safe and well taken care of is essential, and Bamboo Sapa Hotel delivered on all fronts. The combination of **great facilities, warm hospitality, and thoughtful gestures** made my experience in Sapa even more memorable. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting!

    Awesome village, if you want busy and active then stay over the weekend. For a little more quieter time, then from late Monday to Friday morning is good. There is amazing trekking, site seeing and rides around the area and superb place to visit for a connection to rural Vietnam when you only have a few days.

    Beautiful scenery and relaxing weather. But, it's best to make sure you visit during the non-rainy seasons to avoid excessive fog and unexpected rainfall. We visited the moana cafe, glass bridge, ban mong alpine coaster and explored the city center. All these locations are a must visit to anyone visiting Sapa. This was our second trip to Sapa. During our first visit, we visited sunworld fansipan and cat cat village, and they are also absolute must visits!

    The hoteldesapa is always busy, so you should book early. We planned ahead and reserved our room three months in advance, which gave us a complete and comfortable stay. Many travelers who arrive and try to book at the last minute often find no rooms available, which shows the hotel’s appeal and service quality. The rooms are clean and airy with beautiful views, making you feel relaxed from the moment you step in. Breakfast is plentiful and varied, and the spa offers wonderful relaxation after days of sightseeing. The staff are always enthusiastic, friendly

    Walking around Sapa Lake at night was truly magical. The calm water reflected the shimmering lights of the town, while the cool mountain breeze carried the quiet charm of the late hour. Under the soft glow of the moon, the surrounding hills and streets seemed even more enchanting. It was the perfect moment to slow down, take in the beauty, and feel the peaceful heartbeat of the city after dark.

    The views of the rice fields and terraces in July are beautiful because they’re at its greatest! If you’re lucky enough to get sunny days during your stay you’ll be rewarded with fantastic pictures!!! The downside are the muddy trails (rainy season) so most probably you’ll not be able to cover the whole place. They’re alternative options, easy ones, specially if you visit with children. I highly recommend you to stay outside Sapa town as we did. You can visit Sapa town (a couple of hours will be enough) but for a much authentic experience stay in a village, they’re great ecolodge options around.

    Sa Pa is a beautiful and charming place made by its people, mixed culture, and unique terrain. Hiking to Fansipan is a must activity. Visiting local villages in the mountain valley is fun as well. Here nature and people co exist in peace. People are so genuine and welcoming. It rains a lot, so bring jackets and sweaters.

    Everything from the delicious cinnamon tea offered to us as soon as we entered the reception area to our room with a view and the extensive breakfast including traditional Vietnamese as well as bread, yoghurt, pancakes, cheese and fruit too. Mao in reception is a delight, she went overboard to help us plan our stay in Sapa as well as organising the bus back to Hanoi. She's not only very efficient but also a pleasure to meet, a credit to Sapa Praha! All of the staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean and welcoming.

    The hotel is nice, the breakfast as well, it is super clean and the location is quite good too. But what was absolutely outstandig was the support from Tina who was caring about the WhatsApp account of the hotel. She replied in just a few minutes, helped us with booking a bus to Sa Pa and find a safe taxi driver (who I can also recommend a lot!). She was brillant and so far the best customer care support in Vietnam!

    The view was amazing. The room was spacious and clean. It was convenient having a coffee shop and executive lounge on the 15th floor. Breakfast was the best we've had in North Vietnam. The hotel was a less than 10 minute walk from the city centre.

    The owners are the sweetest couple and they were so helpful! The hotel was absolutely beautiful and clean and everyone was so friendly. I think it was the best experience that we had in Vietnam.
